1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and utilizing our services (including but not limited to travel packages, product sourcing, visa assistance, and consultation), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Booking & Payment Policies
To confirm any travel package or Canton Fair package, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the travel date. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit cards.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 30+ days before travel: 100% refund (minus visa fees and non-refundable flight/hotel costs)
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before travel: No refund
Consultation fees and visa processing fees are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced.
4. Visa Disclaimer
While we boast a 98% approval rate for China business visas, Travel Zenius is not responsible for any visa rejections by the Chinese Embassy or Consulate. The final decision rests entirely with the consular authorities. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
5. Limitation of Liability
Travel Zenius acts solely as an agent in arranging business trips, factory visits, and product sourcing. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, political unrest, or changes in customs regulations. For product sourcing, the final responsibility for quality acceptance and supplier contracts remains with the client.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
