Guangzhou: wholesale buyers and Canton Fair visitors
For importers of garments, leather goods, electronics accessories and homeware who want the wholesale districts (Shisanhang, Baiyun leather market, Yide Road) and, in April and October, the Canton Fair. Factory day trips to Foshan and Dongguan fit in the same week.
Yiwu: small-quantity buyers across many product lines
For gift, stationery, toy, jewellery and household-goods importers who buy by the carton from many stalls and need the orders consolidated into one shipment. The market closes for Chinese New Year; we plan around it.
Shenzhen: electronics and prototypes
For buyers of consumer electronics, components, lighting and smart devices who want Huaqiangbei plus factory meetings in Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou. Hong Kong can be added as the entry or exit point.
Shanghai: exhibitions and East China factories
For visitors to trade shows at the NECC and SNIEC and buyers of machinery, auto parts and chemicals from Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Yiwu and Ningbo are reachable by high-speed rail in the same trip.

Confirm with the advance; we book the hotel and start the visa
The invitation letter and the CVASC appointment are arranged in time for the trip; hotel confirmations go into the visa file.

Travel with a plan and a person who speaks the language
Your interpreter meets you at the airport. Changes to the plan are made on the ground as the meetings develop.
Questions Buyers Ask Before Booking
Is the price per person final?
The prices on this page are starting prices per person for the standard itinerary and hotel class, for two people travelling together. A single traveller, a five-star hotel, extra nights or extra cities change the figure; the quote you receive lists each line.
Are flights included?
No. Fares from Indian cities to China vary widely by date and routing, so we quote them separately and you can book them yourself if you prefer.
Can I combine two cities in one trip?
Yes. Guangzhou with Shenzhen or Hong Kong, Yiwu with Shanghai or Ningbo, and Guangzhou with Yiwu by high-speed rail are the usual combinations. The quote shows the inter-city travel as its own line.
What happens about the visa?
The package includes help with the China business (M) visa: the invitation letter, a check of the documents against the current CVASC list, and the appointment. The visa fee itself is paid to the visa centre. Read the China business visa guide for the document list.
How far ahead should I book for the Canton Fair?
Hotels near the Pazhou complex are blocked months before each session and prices rise as the dates approach. Eight to twelve weeks before the phase you will attend is comfortable; later is possible but with fewer hotel choices.
